That’s why we offer a 3-hour window for appointments—sometimes, providing the best care requires extra time.
We are committed to delivering results with patience and compassion, and we don’t charge for the extra time spent ensuring your pet feels safe. Our fees cover house calls, medicine, and any necessary equipment, but the time we invest is always part of our care. If you value thoughtful, unrushed care, we’re here for you. However, if patience isn’t in your nature, we understand that might be a consideration when choosing us.
